Nutrition & Supplement Testing

Applied Kinesiology

Kinesiology, also known as biomechanics, is the study of body movement. Applied kinesiology (AK), which is known as muscle strength testing, is a method based on the belief you can discern “yes” and “no” answers to targeted questions, linking the conscious mind with the subconscious mind, which knows everything about you.

By muscle testing, you can identify the best supplements and their dosage and which foods are of benefit and which foods to avoid.

A session is a moment in time, and it is recommended that you recheck your status every six months or when life and health changes occur.

Your body knows things you don’t. You can find out what it knows.

The human body is sophisticated and complex and instantly responds to many things. A simple example is when you get too hot, the brain tells your body to sweat so you will cool down.

Kinesiology, which is a study of muscle movement is a way for the brain to communicate your body’s needs. When testing a need for a certain food or supplement, the brain will cause a subtle, yet measurable reaction to the body.

You may be more familiar with this science than you realize. It’s likely you have heard of someone experiencing angina (heart pain) who has been prescribed a nitroglycerin tablet under the tongue. The amazing thing is that the heart responds before the medicine reaches it. When the medicine is placed under the tongue, the electrical charge of protons and electrons that form the nitroglycerine is carried along electrical pathways to an specific area of the brain. The brain immediately recognizes the presence of the beneficial medicine and instructs the heart to relax.

Kinesiology, muscle testing follows the same principle when a food or supplement causes an immediate either positive (strong) or negative (weak) body muscle reaction.

Nutritional food and supplement needs vary greatly between individuals. It is a well-known fact that needs significantly vary from person to person influenced by many factors. Your lifestyle influences include age, sex, weight, exercise, blood type, personality type, genetics, heredity, quality of food, water, and air intake, type of work, stress level, quality of sleep, and environmental surroundings.

Over the past decades, a variety of kinesiology techniques have been successfully used by thousands of medical professionals to help you clearly see which food or supplements are right for you. An important consideration is that the supplement industry uses averages in label recommendations.
